Patrick Dheyongera
Founder and Managing Director

Patrick is a Pharmaceutical Professional with 40 years’ experience in the areas of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Drug Discovery and Drug Development, Academia, Project Management and Pharmaceutical Consultancy.

Over the years, Patrick has served in various capacities within the Pharmacy profession. Pharmaceutical companies he has worked in include: Pfizer, Wyeth, Astra Zeneca, Sandoz – (a Novartis Pharma Company-), PharmaQ, and the Scientific Group trading as – SCIPHARM. He has in addition, for over 10 years, served as a member of the Advisory Committee of SAHPRA (formerly MCC) -Pharmaceutical and Analytical committee- as well as an external evaluator for Orthodox and Complementary medicines and also as an AD HOC Inspector of the South African Pharmacy Council.

Patrick is a qualified Pharmacist with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and with further qualifications in Project Management, Financial Management and Human Resource Hiring Practices.

As a founder of CPS, Patrick is customer focused and driven to ensure that CPS is up to date with national and international compliance trends and clients receive practical and current support. He is passionate about partnering with clients and driving efficiencies.
